It serves as a safe, reliable, and natural preservative and antifungal agent, recognized by the WHO and the FAO of the United Nations. Fermented Wheat Flour is developed as a clean-label alternative to synthetic preservatives such as benzoates, sorbates, and chemical calcium propionate. It is produced through a controlled, food-grade fermentation process using natural microbial cultures. The product features a specific composition of naturally fermented calcium propionate and a complex of organic acids, including lactic, acetic, butyric acids, along with other fermentation-derived metabolites.

Application Range: Suitable for baked goods such as bread, cakes, steamed buns, as well as fresh pasta, and feed preservation.
Usage Instructions:
Baked Goods: Add 0.3%–0.6% of TYB-FWF50 based on flour weight, mix thoroughly before further processing.
Fresh Pasta: Add 0.5%–1% of TYB-FWF50 based on flour weight, mix thoroughly before further processing.
Adjust dosages as needed based on raw materials, production processes, and moisture content.
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Avoid contamination with toxic or harmful substances.
